Terms, refunds and privacy

Who you're working with
Quill & Founder is operated by Keenan Dehnke, a sole proprietor in the United States. For anything about your account, billing or these terms, email keenan@quillandfounder.com.
The service
Each month you get 12 LinkedIn post drafts written from your answers to 5-6 emailed questions, which you answer by voice memo. Drafts arrive within 3 business days of your memos, and I revise them until you're happy to publish. You publish every post from your own account; I never ask for or use your LinkedIn login.
Once paid for, the posts are yours to publish, edit or reuse however you like.
Price and billing
The core plan is $2,000 a month in US dollars, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, with a three-month minimum. Any other plan is billed at the price shown when you sign up.
Refunds
If the first month's drafts don't work for you, email me before your second month is billed and I'll refund the first month in full. The agreement then ends and the three-month minimum doesn't apply.
After the first month, payments for months already billed are not refundable. If you have a billing problem, email me before opening a dispute with your bank and I'll work it out with you.
Cancellation
After the three-month minimum you can cancel anytime by email. Billing stops at the end of the month you've already paid for, and I'll finish that month's drafts.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach me.
Privacy
I collect only what the work needs: your name, email address, company, your questionnaire answers and your voice memos. I use them to write your posts and for nothing else. I don't sell or share them, and I don't use your material for other clients.
Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.
After you cancel, email me and I'll delete your voice memos, answers and drafts.
